Instant Adult Access's Policies and Resellers Rules Updated 5/17/04

Instant Adult Access, the worlds highest paying Adult Site Password Program, was designed to provide consumers with the best value for adult content and services on the web. Instant Adult Access also makes it easy for resellers to password protect their websites.

• We reserve the right to amend or alter these policies at anytime with or without notice.

• Applicants for the Instant Adult Access Reseller program must be at least (18) years old.

• We will not block any website from using our services based on content other than sites promoting prejudice or hate, or sites containing any illegal content, as the intent of our services is to help provide the best possible way to block minors access to adult oriented websites.

• Absolutely no child pornography or bestiality is allowed! These sites will be deleted on sight! Please report child pornography on our support form.

• Copyright disputes may result in disqualification from this program.

• We will not accept Resellers from the following countries: Romania, Indonesia, Belarus, Russia, Turkey, Malaysia, Lebanon, Armenia, Ukraine, Pakistan and Afghanistan

• Fetish sites featuring role-playing torture, or simulated rape, must have a disclaimer on their front page, to the effect that all pictures and content are a form of role-playing or fantasy, in order to be accepted into our program. These sites will not be listed on our links list, but may still use our password services. In addition, sites using the words Lolita, Torture, and Rape may use our service, but will not be listed on our linkslist due to legal considerations.

Links list policies:


• Membership dues fund this service and members are entitled to the finest service we can provide. One of the best ways to provide quality service is to only provide links to websites that are content oriented and checked for quality. We are also striving to provide the best possible commission rates for our Resellers so the Instant Adult Access program may grow. This policy will also help to provide Resellers higher renewals and lower charge backs and refunds, thereby increasing Reseller revenues.

• Sites may or may not be listed on Instant Adult Access's links list or accepted into the Instant Adult Access program at our sole discretion.

• Any sites using a scripting program to generate multiple sites will not be listed on our links list. Our members and customers are entitled to original site designs; Resellers are limited to submitting no more than 50 sites a day at the maximum. Sites with repetitive content, more than 10 templated pro sites, or duplicated graphics or layouts will also not be listed. For example, 50 sites using the same 100 images that are just re-arranged or combined from site to site. Such sites will not be listed on our links list.

• Sites using exit consoles or pop up boxes will not be listed on the links list.

• Any site of extremely poor quality or that generates multiple complaints from members or other Resellers may not be displayed in our links section.

• Each site name must be unique and somewhat match the content of the site. We will not list sites that use the same name over and over again.

• Resellers that have 1,000 “same type” images that spread them out over 100 sites may be listed on the links list, but reviewers will spread them out between other sites if many of them are submitted in one day. This is at the reviewer’s discretion.

• Any site that uses trick and or unclear links as a form of traffic generation for click thru banners will not be listed.

• Anyone using images as trick links or has images with URL’s linked to them will not be listed on our links list.

• A listing of sites that are not displayed may or may not be available to members and/or Resellers. All Resellers have the right to request a non-displayed site to be re-reviewed for resubmission to the links section once per month. It is the Resellers responsibility to maintain his site quality and content. To remain on our links list the site must be maintained in a proper fashion. If a site is removed from our links list, the Reseller may or may not receive a notification. If your Website is maintained properly you will remain on our links list indefinitely. All Resellers are urged to check their link on occasion. Also, all-new Resellers will have their site reviewed before their link appears on the links list and their password activated.

• Instant Adult Access code needs to be placed before your adult content you are protecting, except for sites that are specifically listed as non-adult.

• For a site to be listed under our links list, the site description needs to indicate the sites content. Any site found that does not, may be removed from our links list without notification.

• Sites may only have our code on the pages that we link to from our links list, any other password service on the same pages as ours will prevent your site from being listed on the links list. This policy is in place to help lower consumer complaints and confusion. If you choose to use another service please use separate entrance pages for them.

• For sites to qualify for our Reseller program they must contain a minimum amount of content, usually images. Note: Some sites with unique content may not need to reach the minimum required amount of images. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis if you feel you should not have to comply with the minimum amount of images please let us know why and we will review the site.
